Terms & Conditions (Updated May 2024)

Mathews & Co. Printing and Embroidery LLC™ is a Single Member LLC and does not hire employees or exercise laws against non-compensated workers.

Payments

  • Mathews & Co. Printing and Embroidery LLC™ accepts Apple Pay, Credit or Debit Card, PayPal and Klarna payments.

  • Mathews & Co. Printing and Embroidery LLC™ is an authorized sole proprietorship to accept payments and taxes (6.25%) in the State of Texas.

Orders

  • Your custom items being processing 24 hours after payments are made.

  • PLEASE REVIEW your detailed invoice before making your payment, making sure that everything is correct.

  • Orders and changes must be placed via email for clarification purposes.

  • Unpaid invoices will be terminated after 72 hours.

  • Digitized logos, mockups, thread, ink and other options must be confirmed prior to order being started.

  • Finished work must be confirmed by shipping.

  • Should we go beyond the turnaround time without receiving confirmation from the customer for digitized logos, mockups, thread or ink, your order will begin production and ship without your approval.

  • If you should send any items to our warehouse, your items will be inspected upon arrival and all stains, holes and any other flaws will be reported. We are not responsible for any damaged goods that were not provided by our company.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Once your order is complete you will receive shipping confirmation via the email address you provided.

  • If we do not receive your approval or denial to ship within 24 hours, your order will ship, to keep our shipping assignments in order and within the timeframe.

  • Mathews & Co. Printing and Embroidery LLC™ is not responsible for USPS or UPS shipping delays due to holidays, pandemics or natural disasters.

  • All shipping fees are calculated by weight.

  • The Delivery fee is $25 if your order is being delivered to the following cities:

    • Houston, Katy, Richmond, Rosenberg, Sugarland, Missouri City, Pearland, Humble and Spring. Any city surrounding Houston that is not listed will be shipped.

Refund Policy

  • Full Refunds are ONLY eligible within 24 hours of payment.

  • Fees for services such as Design Fees, Redraw Fees, Digitizing Fees, Rush Fees, Ebooks and Digital Products are non-refundable.

  • The 3 day complaint period begins after delivery confirmation.

    • Any misspellings or sizing errors will be accommodated.

    • Returns are valid with 48 hours of return label being printed. If your packaged is not shipped back within the 48 hour time period, your return and the label will be null and void and you will be responsible for returning your items at your expense.

    • These returns must be made within 14 days.

  • Mathews & Co. Printing and Embroidery LLC™ has the right to refund payments at will and discretion. In the event of a payment being refunded for any reason, the same payment method will not be accepted from the returning customer.

  • If customer's payment method is suspected to be fraudulent, the payment will be refunded and Stripe, Square, PayPal or Apple Pay will be contacted immediately and prompted with evidence. If a payment is accepted after being recognized as fraudulent, the payment will be refunded within 2 business days.
