How long does it take to create my order?

  • All items are made to order. Orders are processed in the order in which payments are received. The current turnaround period for pre-set packages is 3 weeks. The turnaround time for all other order depends upon the complexity of your order.

Where are you located?

  • We are located in Katy, Texas (but for those that aren’t from Texas, (Houston!). We do work from home.

I need to change my shipping info, but I’ve placed my order already.

  • Please email your new shipping address and order number to contact@mathewsandco.com as soon as possible to prevent any mix-ups.

Do you offer drop shipping?

  • Yes! Please call 832-603-6547 to inquire about our drop shipping program.

 Do you make logos?

  • We work with a very creative graphic designer that creates logos.

What type of files do you accept?

  • All customers are required to submit a PNG file for print orders. If you do not have a PNG file, we will accept a JPEG file, however, a logo conversion fee will be applied to your order.

DO YOU WORK WITH FRATERNITIES AND/OR SORORITIES?

  • Unfortunately, we are not licensed to create, sell or work on Greek paraphernalia.

What is the MOQ?

  • There is no minimum for retail orders. However, there is a minimum of 12 pieces for wholesale orders.

Do I have to provide my own apparel?

  • Mathews & Co. provides all items necessary for completing your order, unless you choose to have your own personal merchandise printed or embroidered. In this case, please contact us via phone call or email to be sure your merchandise meets the guidelines.
